Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong background in large-scale, multi-sysplex environments.
• Disaster Recovery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support applications by providing monitoring, application, and system support for various environments.
• Provide 24x7 support for event monitoring and incident triage.
• Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to standard processes.

Skills

Knowledge of CA1/7/11/CA Scheduler and JCL

Distributed Autosys Scheduler

Knowledge of IPLs using HMC

Mainview MQ & CICS products

Knowledge of Windows OS and UNIX / LINUX OS

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of IBM z/OS, JES2, MVS

Experience in mainframe operation environment

Working knowledge of VTAM, TSO/ISPF, Service Now

Alert management using Service Now and Splunk

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Proficient with Microsoft Software Product suites
