Job summary

Nhprintmail in Concord, NH is seeking a Mailing and Bindery Specialist to supervise shipping/receiving and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will operate a high‑speed mailing machine and perform bindery tasks such as cutting, folding, stitching, and padding to meet production needs.

This full‑time role requires 5+ years in digital printing or mailing, strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• College/High School or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in digital printing or mailing industry helpful.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated experience building working relationships with internal customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with in-house apps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shipping/receiving/warehouse activities for all shipments.
• Operate UPS, FedEx and other courier services as required.
• Review work orders and production control sheets for accuracy.
• Operate bindery equipment: cutting, folding, stitching, padding.
• Conduct window checks for proper address placement and packing.
• Produce work efficiently and safely; maintain organized work area.
• Ensure safety of material storage and compliance with laws.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with material handlers to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Back up driver duties and meet scheduled pickups; inspect loading operations.
• Balance postage accounts and understand USPS rates and classifications.
