Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of machining experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools and automation equipment.
• Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform minor maintenance.
• Conduct quality inspections and processing audits.
• Monitor production process and direct lower-level Operators.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to maintenance.
• Inspect and calibrate machinery as necessary.
• Ensure products meet quality parameters.
