The role supports production with setup, inspections, and minor maintenance, working on a rotating night shift with detailed scheduling. Preference given to candidates with 2–4 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Apprenticeship or equivalent training expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools and automation equipment.
• Set up machines, perform adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits of processes.
• Monitor production and provide guidance to lower-level operators.
• Inspect and calibrate machinery as necessary.
• Ensure products meet quality parameters.
