Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs setup and diversified operations on CNC or manual machining centers.
• Milling, drilling, boring, or related operations with close tolerances.
• Reads setup sheets and specifications to determine machining sequence and dimensions.
• Attaches fixtures, positions workpieces, and selects cutting tools.
• Measures workpieces for conformance to specifications.
• Uses overrides to correct out-of-tolerance conditions with engineering support.
• Machines non-metal materials as required.
• Maintains machine and tooling; follows 6S principles.
