As a Senior Vision Systems Programmer, you will own the vision portion from concept through startup, delivering robust, high-accuracy inspection and measurement solutions on diverse projects. You'll work with Keyence and Cognex platforms, integrate with PLCs and robotics, and lead debugging, FAT/SAT, and site startups while collaborating with multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial automation with focus on machine vision.
• Proven expertise programming Keyence vision platforms (IV, XG, CV, VS, LumiTrax).
• Proven expertise programming Cognex vision platforms (In-Sight, VisionPro, Designer).
• Strong lighting, lensing, cameras, optics, and image acquisition fundamentals.
• Experience integrating vision systems with PLCs, robots, and HMIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision system portion of multiple automation projects end-to-end.
• Design and implement vision solutions for inspection, measurement, and alignment.
• Lead debugging and startup activities, ensuring image reliability.
• Collaborate with Electrical/Controls, Mechanical, Project Management, and Service teams.
• Travel ~10% to support customer startups and project implementation.
