Job summary

Solerity is seeking a Machine Translation expert to advance AI/ML research for SIGINT and cybersecurity analytics, designing and evaluating translation systems and NLP pipelines.

You will work with transformer architectures, large datasets, and containerized deployments with Docker in secure environments, with telework up to 50% from Emerson III in Maryland.

Requires TS/SCI with FSP and 11+ years in AI/ML, plus a strong research background in NLP and MT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or STEM field.
• 11+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance.
• Hands-on experience with ML and MT technologies.
• Strong understanding of encoder-decoder transformer architectures.
• Experience with modern text processing pipelines and NLP systems.
• Experience with Python and C/C++ for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with Docker for containerized development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and develop AI/ML solutions supporting SIGINT and cybersecurity data.
• Design, build, and evaluate research prototypes for machine translation and NLP apps.
• Work with large datasets to develop scalable AI-driven analytics.
• Develop and optimize AI/ML workflows and processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI methodologies and solutions.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and implementations.
