Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate and maintain a range of machinery in our West Virginia facility. You will set up, calibrate, and monitor production lines, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

You will also troubleshoot issues, train newer operators, collaborate with teams to improve efficiency, document actions, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Proficient PC skills for data entry and reports.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain a variety of machines independently.
Set up and calibrate machines based on production needs and perform changeovers.
Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specs.
Troubleshoot malfunctions and resolve defects.
Train and mentor entry-level operators.
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to improve efficiency.
Document actions and communicate irregularities.
Maintain clean work area and equipment.
Identify opportunities for cost reductions or productivity gains.
Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
Show up reliably and on time.
