The position requires proficiency with industrial machinery, a solid mechanical aptitude, and strong communication. You will train and support junior operators and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.
• Proficiency in operating industrial machinery.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
