Job summary

You will read tape measures, troubleshoot basic equipment, track production data, and mentor colleagues on the shop floor. This full-time, on-site position offers growth and stability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience setting up machines and performing changeovers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic production tracking.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift.
• Experience training or guiding other employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with daily production.
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Help keep production moving and jobs on schedule.
