Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience.
• Experience operating lathes, milling machines, plasma/laser cutters, saws, grinders.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Maintain accurate material inventories and nesting efficiency.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Monitor production quality and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and document issues.
