Job summary

Kdc One in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Machine Mechanic to inspect process production and maintain equipment for productivity and safety. The role involves daily maintenance, setup, wash down, inspections, and documentation in the maintenance log.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in contract manufacturing and hands-on experience with liquid tube fillers, volumetric fillers, cappers, coders, labelers, and transfer pumps. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in contract manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance of Liquid Tube fillers, Volumetric Fillers, Cappers, Coders, Labelers, Transfer Pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required daily maintenance on machines.
• Perform setup and wash down of equipment in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Conduct ongoing inspections of process production to ensure machines are operating correctly.
• Identify machine performance or safety issues and seek resolution via inspections, tests and adjustments.
• Record all inspections, tests, repairs, and preventive maintenance in the maintenance log.
• Disassemble equipment as needed for maintenance; inspect and repair damaged parts.
• Clean work areas after each job and prepare machines for the next job.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
