Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Supervisor, Machine Maintenance to lead a skilled team of mechanical and electrical technicians at the Newberg, Oregon campus. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and production output.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
Experience leading skilled technical teams and driving reliability improvements.
Familiarity with PM, preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead machine maintenance operations to support safety and production requirements.
Coach and develop technicians; manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.
Coordinate priorities with Planning/Operations and support PRM strategy.
Monitor KPIs like PM compliance, downtime, backlog, MTTR, MTBF and drive improvements.
Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are documented and sustained.
