Senior Machine Learning Platform Software Engineer - Perception

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ML data extraction and labeling automation pipelines for perception systems
- Build and maintain robust infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support training, validation, and deployment of ML models
- Design, implement, and monitor metrics pipelines and dashboards to track perception system performance in production
- Manage interfaces with third-party labeling services to ensure consistent, high-quality data for model development
- Ensure reproducibility, traceability, and observability of perception workflows across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support perception system development, testing, and demonstrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in modern C++ software design and development
- Proficiency in managing and curating large, multimodal datasets
- Strong self-starter with experience delivering end-to-end solutions from ambiguous requirements in collaborative environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience or familiarity with robotics or autonomous driving platforms is a plus
- Practical experience deploying ML models in production-grade C++ software stacks, including Python proficiency
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable
- Hands-on experience with ML platforms such as MLflow, SageMaker, or equivalent, and visualization of LiDAR point cloud data is a plus
