Capital One is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production ML models and data pipelines. You will work with product and data science teams to scale multi-tenant platforms and optimize ML workflows across cloud environments.

You’ll contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and governance while advancing responsible AI practices and security. This role requires hands-on coding in Python/Java/Golang/C++ and experience with Spark, Kubernetes, and large-scale systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
• At least 6 years of Machine Learning experience using PyTorch or Tensorflow and libraries.
• At least 6 years of experience using and operating large scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray).
• At least 4 years of experience deploying and operating Machine Learning solutions in production and in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Build and scale multi-tenant platforms for training and serving ML models at scale.
• Inform ML infrastructure decisions with model data selection, training, and validation.
• Develop and validate ML models, write and test application code, and automate tests and deployment.
• Collaborate in an Agile cross-functional team to enable state-of-the-art data and ML applications.
• Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
• Construct optimized data pipelines to feed ML models.
• Apply CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring for reliable deployments.
• Ensure governance and responsible AI practices are followed.
