Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive ML and data-driven software projects for In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity. You will mentor engineers, design scalable ML pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovations that enhance passenger experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in software with ML focus, proficiency in Python/Java, and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with data-driven apps, ML, or AI.
• Proficiency in Python/Java and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Demonstrated leadership to drive technical initiatives across teams.
• Ability to publish technical publications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of data-driven ML systems for in-flight entertainment and connectivity.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Develop ML models and pipelines, deploying them on cloud-based infrastructure.
• Drive performance optimization of ML models and discuss strategic technical direction.
