Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Auralis AI

Zuro AI Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms and models. As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic direction of our machine learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver scalable ML solutions.
3. Lead end-to-end machine learning projects from problem definition and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment.
4. Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, leveraging services such as SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Kubernetes.
5. Optimize model performance and scalability by fine-tuning hyperparameters, conducting feature engineering, and implementing advanced optimization techniques.
6. Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning research and technologies, and integrate new methodologies and frameworks into our existing workflows.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the broader ML team.
8. Drive innovation and contribute to the strategic vision of Zuro AI Inc.'s machine learning capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Ph.D. preferred.
2. At least 3 years of industry experience in machine learning engineering or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready ML solutions.
3. Expertise in machine learning techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
5. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and experience building and deploying ML pipelines on these platforms.
6. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
7. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and agile methodologies.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex technical challenges.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
