We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Washington As a member of our team you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various industries

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines for efficient model training and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve existing models
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when needed

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques for predictive modeling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop Spark or Kafka
