Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman, a US-based tech company, is hiring a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop, implement and iterate machine learning algorithms and models that solve real problems.

You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) while contributing to scalable data pipelines, model evaluation, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven programming experience in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong data structures, algorithms and statistics knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design ML models.
• Develop data preprocessing, feature extraction and model training code.
• Test, validate and optimize models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Research new ML techniques and stay current with industry trends.
• Present findings to cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement machine learning algorithms and models
• Develop code for data preprocessing feature extraction model training and evaluation
• Test and validate models for accuracy efficiency and scalability
• Conduct research on new machine learning techniques and stay updated on industry developments
• Communicate findings and results to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience with programming languages such as Python Java or C++
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and statistical concepts
• Passion for solving complex problems using machine learning techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

• Previous experience working on real-world projects involving machine learning
• Knowledge of Deep Learning concepts such as CNNs or RNNs
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure

Salary Competitive salary starting at $900 per month depending on qualifications

Location This position is located in the US but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates
