Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a hands-on AI/ML architect to shape the architecture and delivery of scalable AI workflows for an enterprise data analytics platform in the legal space.

You will build and deploy advanced AI models, design large-scale distributed ML systems, and develop agent-based workflows and retrieval systems while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalability and security for SI solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of development experience, or 8+ years with a PhD.
• Proven experience in AI/ ML development for enterprise-grade tools.
• Experience in legal industry is a plus.
