Job summary

Acceler8 Talent in Boston is seeking a founding Machine Learning Engineer to own AI-powered design automation systems and advance hardware-focused ML infrastructure.

You will build agentic AI, integrate with CAD/EDA tools and simulations, and drive production ML capabilities as a founding team member with significant ownership and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in CS/EE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python, software engineering, and applied ML experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and production ML systems.
• Familiarity with simulations, CAD/EDA tools; surrogate modelling or GNNs is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with scientific computing, simulations, or CAD/EDA tools.
• Experience with surrogate modelling, GNNs, physics-informed ML, or workflow automation is advantageous.
