Job summary

HUXWRX Safety Co. in Millcreek, UT is seeking a Machine & Facilities Manager to own the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will oversee additive manufacturing gear, post-processing, CNCs, and support equipment while ensuring uptime, safety, and efficiency across production. The role demands strong technical expertise, proactive maintenance mindset, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/industrial engineering or facilities management.
• 5–10+ years of maintenance and facilities management experience in manufacturing.
• Additive manufacturing experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for additive manufacturing systems, CNCs, post-processing, and support equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility systems (HVAC, dust collection, power, safety) and environmental compliance.
• Lead maintenance technicians and facilities staff; manage scheduling and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methods.
