Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a skilled Machine Builder & Precision Assembler for the 1st shift in Pewaukee, WI. The role is 100% onsite with a fixed 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up mechanical machine builds or 2+ years with precision toolmaking/fixture work
• Advanced blueprint literacy for multi-view drawings
• Experience with fluid power piping/routing (pneumatics/hydraulics)
• Proven ability to use precision measuring tools
• Comfort working in a 100% onsite shop environment

Responsibilities

• Build complex custom systems from ground up, including robotic cells and packaging lines
• Interpret detailed mechanical drawings and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics
• Use on-floor 3D CAD models to verify layouts and clearances
• Install and route pneumatic manifolds and hydraulic circuits
• Prestige-tune components to exact tolerances using toolmaking techniques
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot bottlenecks and deviations
• Oversee teardown, packing, and crating of completed machines for transport
