Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform with a Mac app at its core. We seek a senior Mac developer to own the macOS app, drive technical excellence, and shape the platform’s foundation.

Qualifications

• Expert in Swift and macOS app development.
• Proven experience in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Comfortable working in managed device contexts (MDM), sandboxing, and deployment constraints.
• Familiar with API integrations and backend collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong polish.
• Experience with SwiftUI and Catalyst is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead macOS app development, architecture, performance, deployment, and long-term scalability.
• Own the quality bar: profiling, debugging, optimizing for speed and stability.
• Ensure compatibility across managed environments, including MDM and restricted setups.
• Collaborate closely with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and improve system reliability.
• Guide and mentor team members and other developers, elevating engineering craft.
• Build for edge cases, from sandboxing and permissions to enterprise deployments.
• Contribute to CI/CD and testing practices, ensuring smooth builds and updates.
