Mid‑level to senior associates with strong M&A and/or private equity experience will work on a mix of core matters and asset manager M&A, GP stakes, and investment fund transactions, with confidential conversations encouraged.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior associates with strong M&A and/or private equity transactional experience.
• Asset manager M&A or GP stakes experience is a strong plus but not required.
• Open to associates and Of Counsel; confidential conversations encouraged.

Responsibilities
