The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes, experience with M&A transaction documents and damages calculations, and hold a JD with admission to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Licensed to practice in candidate's jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
