BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Litigation Of Counsel specializing in M&A to join its Business and Commercial subgroup in Short Hills, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-closing indemnity disputes and representations and warranty insurance disputes, with the ability to supervise associates, manage complex cases, and develop litigation strategies.

Applicants should be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and hold a JD from an accredited law

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documents and damages calculations.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
