• Utilizes Life Manual for patient identification and monitoring.
• Notifies departments of patient changes and admissions/discharges.
• Educates families and patients.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Transcribes and executes physician orders as permitted by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Makes rounds with physicians as needed.
