Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Professional degree in a design discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead projects of all sizes, styles, budgets, and complexity levels without supervision.
• Refine and elevate design concepts while balancing client goals and budget across all phases.
• Consistently exceed firm standards for schedule and design quality.
• Create and QC high-quality deliverables that minimize review cycles for client approvals, permitting, and construction.
• Develop custom construction details that give builders clear, precise direction.
• Represent the firm at a high level in interactions with clients, prospective clients, contractors, and trade professionals.
• Lead design on high-visibility projects that help attract new business.
