Job summary

Azori, a luxury Eastside home builder, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential design from concept to construction. You will mentor teammates, refine design standards, and deliver Revit-based docs that meet exacting standards.

With 8+ years in luxury interiors, you’ll coordinate with PMs, Architecture, and Procurement to maintain design integrity while guiding clients through upgrades and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or equivalent.
• 8+ years in luxury residential or hospitality interior design.
• Proficiency with Revit and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads design on projects from presale through construction close-out, managing all documentation.
• Develops design collections, curating materials, finishes, and standards.
• Produces Revit-based elevations, FF&E schedules, and construction docs.
• Collaborates with PMs, Architecture, Procurement to align design intent.
• Mentors Interior Designers and Design Coordinators on decisions and quality.
• Identifies and implements design workflow improvements.
• Guides presale homebuyers through design decisions and upgrades.
• Manages vendor relationships and negotiating terms with procurement.
