Qualifications

• Willing to learn through industry certification and manufacturer training.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring, elevation and electrical drawings.
• Read and interpret SOWs and construction drawings.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install AV/tech systems with Project Foreman and team members.
• Provide feedback and report issues that affect project deliverables.
• Back up daily field reports to Project Managers by end of shift.
• Maintain inventory and keep vehicles clean and stocked.
• Ensure project deliverables and milestones are understood daily.
• Troubleshoot diagnostics and report issues to leadership.
• Operate AV and technology equipment on site.
• Uphold safety guidelines and client requirements.
• Mentor and coach less experienced technicians.
