Job summary

AMIRI in Los Angeles is seeking a Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce to lead online merchandising strategy and execution for the AMIRI Digital Flagship. You will translate seasonal direction into an elevated online experience while driving revenue, conversion, AOV, and sell-through.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Creative, and Analytics, and manage the Merchandising & Strategy Analyst to turn insights into actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI-driven decision making.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Shopify; familiarity with ERP, site search and analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel; strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site role with potential travel for e-commerce shoots.

Responsibilities

• Own site merchandising strategy and execution across categories and experiences.
• Drive in-season optimization based on sales, inventory, and client behavior.
• Lead the merchandising operating cadence including weekly trade reviews.
• Mentor the Merchandising & Strategy Analyst to translate insights into actions.
• Partner with Merchandising and Planning on assortment, launches, and inventory.
• Own the e-commerce merchandising calendar and launch readiness.
• Lead e-commerce photoshoot planning with Creative and partners.
• Identify improvements to site experience and merchandising capabilities.
• Monitor luxury market trends and apply best-practices online.
