Job summary

Nili Lotan in New York is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead the development and execution of luxury women’s RTW assortments across DTC and wholesale channels. The role partners with senior leadership to translate seasonal vision into a commercially successful product line.

The Senior Buyer will manage the end-to-end buying process, collaborate with Planning, Design, Production, and Leadership, and present buys to drive financial targets.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of retail buying experience, luxury or contemporary women’s RTW preferred.
• Experience in vertical full price and e-commerce buying is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a balanced, brand-appropriate assortment across channels.
• Own end-to-end buying process for assigned categories and present strategy to leadership.
• Build seasonal order review materials and allocate across all doors and DTC/web.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and pricing opportunities in the luxury landscape.
• Partner with Planning to develop and execute OTB plans and pricing strategies.
• Analyze in-season performance and adjust buys with timely reorders or markdowns.
• Synthesize feedback for Design and Production and present findings in reviews.
• Train and mentor Assistant Buyer and communicate with store teams.
