Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years.
• Experience in molecular design, synthesis, purification and materials characterization.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, synthesize, purify and deliver advanced disk lubricant materials.
• Develop and optimize lubricant synthesis and purification processes.
• Develop analytical methods and maintain lab capabilities.
• Collaborate across engineering, product development, lab and process teams.
• Analyze results, communicate conclusions and resolve issues.
