Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Lube Technician to join our team. The role services vehicles, rotates tires, performs multi-point inspections, and changes fluids following established standards to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

An unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. The ideal candidate may have experience or be eager to learn; strong communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive lube technician or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong communication and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles during service.
• Checks fluids and parts, tops-off or replaces as needed.
• Performs routine service inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant.
• Supports shop operations, safety, and inventory tasks.
• Follows shop policies, procedures, and environmental rules.
• Attends trainings and team meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
