Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Lube Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, perform multi-point inspections, and manage fluids per established standards. Applicants should have an unrestricted driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop.

Qualified candidates may have prior automotive training or repair experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience as a Lube Technician or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; physically able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while servicing or repairing.
• Check fluids and replace or top-off as needed.
• Perform routine service inspections and standard maintenance tasks.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Support shop operations, inventory, and safety practices.
