Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Additional Mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Face to Face assessments completed 3 days out of the week with 2 documentation days, completing tasks, submitting all forms/assessments within turnaround times, completing outreaches.
• Complete all documentation/assessments within TAT.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills: Private Duty Nursing, Home Health, Case Management, and Pediatric Experience.
• PDN, Pediatric experience.
• Pediatrics.
• Case Management.
• Education Requirement: ADN or BSN.
• Required Certifications: RN.
