Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in process improvement/healthcare ops/quality improvement.
Experience with LTSS/HCBS or Medicaid programs helpful.
Strong data interpretation to drive decisions.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Analyze LTSS workflows to boost efficiency, quality, compliance, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Care Management, Utilization, Quality, Reporting, Provider, and Compliance teams.
Develop standardized LTSS workflows, policies, and procedures.
Monitor Michigan contract requirements and support LTSS compliance.
Perform root-cause analyses of operational issues and audit findings.
Use data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure outcomes.
Lead training, mapping, and change management across LTSS functions.
Support state-directed initiatives and EVV-related processes.
