Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Senior LTSS & Dual Eligible Report Engineer IV to lead data analytics and dashboard development for LTSS programs. You will build, manage, and analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The role collaborates across clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, ETL processes, and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years ETL/BI experience required.
• Experience translating business requirements and extensive data analysis in healthcare LTSS/Dual Eligible reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics affecting patient care and operations.
• Utilize statistical methods and ML techniques to forecast outcomes and insights.
• Design and develop dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain data accuracy and timeliness through governance and data integration efforts.
• Develop ETL solutions for automated data refreshes and report delivery.
• Create scalable LTSS reporting solutions and efficient database architectures.
