MTC Care is seeking a licensed mental health counselor (LPC) to join our team in Keene, NH. You will treat adults and seniors in long-term care settings, providing individual and group psychotherapy without heavy administrative burden.

As a trusted clinician, you will complete screenings, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifikationen

Master's Degree in Social Work.
Licensed Professional Counselor with ability to practice and bill independently.
Active license to practice in states where MTC Care operates.
Significant experience with adult/senior populations, including severe mental illness.
Strong communication and cultural humility.

Aufgaben

Provide individual psychotherapy and group sessions.
Complete mood and symptom-based screenings.
Develop treatment plans for adults and seniors.
Provide in-service education to staff.
