Mood Treatment Center PLLC seeks a Licensed Psychological Associate to support psychological testing and diagnostic reporting across Winston-Salem/Greensboro, NC. The role emphasizes independent clinical judgment, collaboration with care teams, and program development within a growing assessment service.

The candidate will administer assessments, ensure policy compliance, and maintain data-driven practices while contributing to quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology as minimum qualification.
• Current, valid LPA license issued by NC or eligibility before start date.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting psychological evaluations.
• Experience administering, scoring, interpreting, and writing integrated reports.
• Strong written communication with ability to produce clear reports.
• Ability to work independently with limited onsite supervision.
• Experience collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, schools and referral sources.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

• Administer psychological assessments in a consistent manner per standards.
• Ensure services comply with facility policies, laws, and licensure standards.
• Create a climate of quality treatment through policy adherence.
• Attend clinical staffing meetings and seek supervision as needed.
• Collect and communicate ongoing clinical data to supervisors and staff.
• Develop professional competence via continuing education.
• Assist and coordinate care to meet accreditation requirements.
