A leading engineering firm in San Diego is seeking a motivated Sr. Low Voltage Technology Design Leader. This role involves leading the design of technology systems and mentoring a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in low voltage and electrical systems design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong educational background in engineering technology. A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 plus bonuses is offered, along with comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in design and consulting for low voltage and/or electrical systems.
• Active participation in industry organizations.
• RCDD certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute designs for Technology systems.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Mentor other engineers and designers.
