Job summary

The Life Time Technology team is building a digital-first company, delivering innovative experiences across online and club platforms. The Senior Low Voltage Manager leads the LVC organization, driving staffing, project delivery, and client relationships while partnering with technical leaders to align operations with design standards.

This role commands responsibility for portfolio health, budgets, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on safety, compliance, and scalable team growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work combination.
• 10+ years of experience in low voltage systems (structured cabling, security, fire alarm, AV, and/or BAS), including field, design, or project delivery experience
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, ideally managing PMs, field supervisors, or technical staff
• Demonstrated track record managing multi-project portfolios, budgets, and P&L-level accountability
• Strong working knowledge of LV codes/standards (BICSI, NFPA, TIA/EIA) sufficient to partner effectively with technical leadership
• Experience managing client relationships at an account/executive level

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Project Managers, Field Supervisors/Foremen, and design leadership.
• Own hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning for the LVC team.
• Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage compensation planning in partnership with HR.
• Build a scalable team structure as the LVC business line grows, including new roles.
