T his role is responsible for developing and coordinating low voltage design supporting network infrastructure in technology spaces, wireless, audiovisual, security, voice, and building management technologies-ensuring solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned to enterprise standards. The role also helps ensure designs stay aligned with evolving industry practices and are adaptable to future needs. This position strengthens internal expertise , improves quality, and reduces delivery risk as demand for workplace technology continues to grow.
This role combines hands-on design expertise with strong coordination across internal teams and external partners to build a new internal capability, reduce reliance on vendors, strengthen standards compliance, and deliver consistent, scalable telecommunications designs across the project portfolio.
The EI&O Workplace Technology team is responsible for delivering infrastructure and technology solutions that enable our offices to operate effectively and scale for the future.

Fidelity manages more than 11 million square feet of space in the United States and overseas, including thirteen North American and six international locations, two data centers and more than 200 retail investor centers.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
