Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 14+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience leading large engineering organizations with directors, managers, architects, and senior contributors.
• Extensive expertise in low-power analog, mixed-signal, sensor, and semiconductor system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term technology roadmap for low-power analog, mixed-signal sensing, and intelligent edge platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across robotics, XR, IIoT, AI-enabled embedded systems, and edge computing.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation, execution, and technical rigor.
• Mentor senior technical teams across systems engineering, platform integration, and architecture execution.
• Oversee architecture across sensing, mixed-signal ICs, AI processing, embedded software, and packaging.
• Drive external collaborations with partners, foundries, IP providers, and universities.
