Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Low-Code and No-Code Solution Engineer to help government and commercial clients modernize operations using platforms like Salesforce, Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Appian. You will analyze requirements, design scalable automations, configure platforms, and develop dashboards to improve efficiency and data visibility.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders through the full solution lifecycle, including requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software solutions.
Experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or Appian.
Experience building workflow automations and business process solutions.
Experience working with security models, user provisioning, roles, permissions, or access controls.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Experience supporting testing, deployment, and release activities.
Ability to gather and document business requirements.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and translate requirements into low-code/no-code solutions.
Design and implement workflow automations, approvals, routing logic, notifications, and business processes.
Configure enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, or similar technologies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities that improve operational decision-making.
Support user onboarding, access management, permissions, and security administration.
Create and maintain validation rules, business rules, and governance controls to improve data quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, user story refinement, testing, and release activities.
Support production operations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Coordinate deployments and environment management activities across development, testing, and production environments.
Document solution designs, technical configurations, user procedures, and operational support materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
