Responsibilities

• Submit loan modification workups for investor waterfalls and loss mitigation.
• Review workout packages and determine suitable repayment options.
• Coordinate with investors (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, M&T) for settlements.
• Prepare loan workout summaries for management approval and for foreclosure mediation.
