Job summary

AXA XL in the United States is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to provide loss control support for environmental, property and casualty risks within AXA XL’s Americas – Environmental unit. This remote role serves US-based accounts, collaborating with underwriters and clients to reduce loss exposures.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop surveys and loss control recommendations for auto, general liability and workers' compensation exposures, and manage projects with third‑party

Qualifications

• BS or MS in an engineering or science discipline with relevant insurance loss control experience.
• Experience performing multi-line loss control surveys/risk assessments.
• Knowledge of General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers' Compensation coverages.
• Professional certifications such as CIH, CSP, CHMM, ARM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide loss control support for US-based accounts focusing on environmental, health and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and loss prevention studies both in person and by phone.
• Prepare risk assessment reports with recommendations for auto liability, general liability and workers' comp exposures.
• Coordinate with underwriters and third-party consultants to deliver risk services.
• Develop and deliver risk management programs and training for clients.
