• Expert-level Looker and LookML proficiency required.

• Experience with enterprise data modeling and metadata management.
• Experience with dashboard modernization and self‑service analytics.
• Proven ability to migrate BI platforms to Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Looker architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Design and manage LookML models, Explores, and semantic layers.
• Define enterprise-wide metric governance and BI standards.
• Architect scalable analytics solutions on Google BigQuery.
• Drive migrations from Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or Power BI to Looker.
• Optimize LookML models and BigQuery performance.
• Implement governance, metadata management, and row-level security.
• Mentor BI engineers and lead customer-facing workshops.
