Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to process inbound dock receipts, inspect deliveries, and verify materials against documentation. You will enter data, assist with packing and shipping, and support audits while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years in shipping/receiving, and strong communication; familiarity with Office 365 (Word/Excel) is expected. On-site work with potential for OSHA compliance training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training).
• At least 4 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse or inventory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal customers and teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound dock receipts at the loading dock.
• Accept deliveries from carriers and inspect for damage.
• Verify material against packing slips, invoices, and government or customer docs.
• Enter receipt data into receiving systems.
• Assist with outbound packing and shipping of materials and equipment.
• Maintain functional records for audits.
• Participate in audits and help resolve nonconformances.
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 23 pounds and moving 40 feet.
• Manage shifting priorities and complete tasks within deadlines.

What You Will Do

• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Lift up to 23 pounds and carry the load for 40 feet.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Manage shifting priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or inventory environment.
• Experience communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with internal customers and teammates.
• Office 365 Experience, specifically in Word and Excel.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Forklift Certification, with the ability to become Raytheon forklift certified.
• Experience with Special Program Access Inventory Management/Warehouse Management system transactions.
• Experience or certified in DOT Hazmat / IATA Dangerous Goods.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.

The salary range for this role is 47,700 USD - 90,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
